These general terms of sale (« GTS ») govern all sales of digital products made on the LIAVIS website (liavis.com), between LIAVIS and any individual or entity making a purchase (« the customer »). Placing an order on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTS.
LIAVIS exclusively sells digital products delivered electronically, with no physical medium, including:
The exact content, format, applicable license and access conditions of each product are described on its product page before purchase. Customers are invited to read this page carefully before completing their order.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and, depending on the customer’s location, in the equivalent local currency (for example West African CFA francs — XOF). The price shown at the time the order is confirmed is the final price, including applicable taxes where relevant.
An order is confirmed once the cart has been validated, billing information entered, and payment confirmed by the payment provider. An order summary is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
LIAVIS reserves the right to change its prices and promotional offers at any time; such changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the official reseller (Merchant of Record) for international and European transactions. As such, Lemon Squeezy appears on the customer’s bank statement and handles applicable VAT in certain jurisdictions.
For customers located in West and Central Africa, Mobile Money payment (Moov Money, MTN Money, Orange Money, Wave, Free Sénégal and equivalent solutions depending on the country) is available through a specialized payment provider.
None of these providers determine the content, availability or price of products sold on LIAVIS, which remain the sole responsibility of LIAVIS. LIAVIS never stores full card data, which is handled exclusively by secure, PCI-DSS certified payment infrastructure.
As soon as payment is confirmed by the provider, access to the product is delivered automatically to the customer, in the form of a secure, time-limited download link and/or access from their personal «My purchases» area. No item is shipped by post.
A customer who purchases without creating an account (« guest checkout ») receives their access by email and may later activate an account from that email to retrieve their purchases.
If the access link is not received within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed, the customer should contact support at contact@liavis.com.
Under European regulations on distance contracts, consumers residing in the European Union are in principle entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer’s prior, express agreement, whereby the consumer acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal.
On LIAVIS, this express consent is collected at the time of payment, via a dedicated checkbox preceding order confirmation. Without this explicit confirmation, immediate access to the product is not delivered.
Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a personal or commercial right of use as specified on the product page, and not a transfer of intellectual property. The detailed terms applicable to each license type are described in our license terms.

LIAVIS takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous access to the site and to purchased products, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, technical incidents, force majeure). In the event of a prolonged interruption affecting access to an already purchased product, LIAVIS makes every effort to restore access as soon as possible.
LIAVIS may modify these GTS at any time, in particular to reflect a regulatory, technical or commercial change. The version applicable to an order is the one in force at the time that order is confirmed. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
These GTS are governed by the law applicable at LIAVIS’s registered office, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting European Union consumers, who benefit from the protections provided by the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, customers are invited to first contact LIAVIS support to seek an amicable resolution.
